Talk about a match made in heaven that started with a total leap of faith! We first met Hailen and Ye when they spontaneously decided to book a pre-wedding shoot with us while vacationing in Singapore. From the grand arches of the National Gallery and the lush greens of Botanic Gardens to the breezy skyline views at Marina Barrage, we had an absolute blast showing them around all these iconic spots for the very first time. Their chemistry was so instant and magnetic that by the time we wrapped, they invited us halfway across the world to shoot their wedding in California!
And what a wedding it was! Set at the breathtaking Mountain Terrace tucked deep inside the majestic redwood forest, their day was packed with pure magic. Their vows were so intimate and deeply heartfelt—there wasn't a dry eye around. Right after the ceremony, guests were treated to a super fun surprise with a Jolly’s Ice Cream truck serving up sweet treats! As the sun began to dip, we were blessed with an incredible golden hour, allowing us to capture one of our all-time favorite shots: a stunning silhouette of Hailen and Ye against the glowing sunset framed by giant redwoods. After dancing the night away, we capped off this dream adventure two days later with an epic post-wedding shoot across two of Northern California’s most stunning locations.
